Starts with a good bed, pillow & mattress. No ca eine or alcohol late in the day. No afternoon snoozes Try to keep a regular sleep pattern. Melatonin & Magnesium can help immensely. Minimize outsife noise. Avoid eating or drinking a few hours before tucking in. Rule out a Sleep disorder. If you believe that latter may be possible, consult your Doctor immediately

Then proper treatment can be applied. And smoking doesn’t help, .. never does. Wear sunglasses, avoid Blue Light, A healthy diet of, salmon, tuna, eggs, oranges, grapefruit and yogurt.
