problems can be averted! Regular visits to your
Optometrist can often uncover visual issues at their
onset. Then proper treatment can be applied.
And smoking doesn’t help, .. never does. Wear
sunglasses, avoid Blue Light, A healthy diet of,
salmon, tuna, eggs, oranges, grapefruit and yogurt.

Just what exactly is hearing loss? Well, … it is the
condition that occurs when ANY part of your ear isn’t
working properly. Did you know it is the third most
common health problem for aging adults?

Your Teeth
Brush at least twice daily! This includes once at night,
after your last meal, or drink. This will rid get rid your
mouth of germs and plaque that have built up
through the day. Your brushing motion should be
done in a circular motion, … slow & steady. If you
don’t remove all the plague, it will harden and cause
problems down the road.

A healthy Heart
Try to include the following foods to keep your
``ticker’’ in ne form. Almonds, Barley, Black Beans,
Blueberries, Cherries, Edamame, Flaxseed, Fresh
Herbs, Oatmeal, Olive Oil, Oranges, Salmon, Tuna,
Walnuts, and Yogurt (low fat). And maybe wash it
down with a little Red Wine.

Try to include the following in your diet path to a
healthy, ``gut!’’
Apples, Beets, Ginger, Peppermint, Salmon,
Sauerkraut, Whole Grains, and once again, Yogurt.
Signs of an unhealthy stomach include, heartburn,
gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and skin rashes

have a few extra pounds. Put an exercise program
together and stick to it! A diet rich in whole grains,
fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and low
in saturated fat and cholesterol works well! Drop
sodium & salt. Drink less alcohol.

but your muscles need exercise. And after a good
workout be sure to rest. Ensure you get su cient,
